Narrow Aisle Critical Parts Reach Assembly & Carriage
During a shift, both the carriage and the reach assemble parts on a narrow aisle truck undergo a tremendous amount of stress. The high durability of these parts is completely required so as to assure that the lift truck maintains high productivity levels. Yale reach mechanisms are specifically made using heavy-duty parts so as to extend the component's total durability and long life. For further strength, at the end of the stroke, the reach assembly is cushioned. This design feature helps to maintain operator ergonomics and offer excellent durability. Excellent visibility is maintained by the open carriage design that offers optimal house routing.
Reach Assembly Rear Carrier:
In order to force rigidity and durability by resisting side to side forces, the reach assembly rear carrier is mounted on angled load rollers. The inner frame assembly offers a stronger inner frame. This particular design is made to withstand vibration and shocks during handling cargo. There are many thick inner frame side weldments specially made for added durability.
